I had to order a replacement because the original package got delivered to the wrong place. I was happy to see that I didn't have to pay anything for the replacement, and it was sent out right away with my other orders. The customer service team really helped me out and fixed the problem quickly. I'm happy with how everything turned out in the end.

I recently bought some nose studs from a store to change mine once they heal. The studs came nicely wrapped and are really nice, with hypoallergenic quality that I'm happy with. Unfortunately, one stud had a missing gem. I contacted customer support, and they quickly said they'd send a replacement for free. The customer service team was so professional and left a good impression on me. I'll definitely shop there again.

I bought something that was supposed to be "Electro Red", but when I got it, it looked more pink than red. I was let down because I really wanted the specific color that was described. Then, when I contacted customer service for a refund, I didn't get a good answer. I'm thinking about taking legal action against the company because they didn't handle my issue the right way.
