I get that inventory happens, but it’s the handling and communication that bugs me — they made me chase them, then offered only options that weren’t realistic, and the refund is slow. Emotionally? Frustrating and a bit dismissive (felt like I was just another ticket). I like their products when they arrive, but right now I wouldn’t risk this for an event or a deadline.
