BedJet - Reviews and experiences

I recently got one of those bed thingies that controls the temperature and oh my goodness, it has completely revolutionized my sleep! The delivery was really quick and setting it up was a piece of cake. I was a bit unsure at first, but now I can't imagine sleeping without it. No more sweating at night or freezing cold! I even warm up my bed in the winter now, it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. And the remote control makes it super simple to use. I wish every hotel had these, I really miss it when I'm travelling.

My experience with this company has been really disappointing. I ordered this super expensive product three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. At first, I had to contact them just to make sure they got my order. But ever since then, I've been trying to find out when it will actually be delivered, and they've been ignoring my messages for two whole weeks. It's just not right how they're not communicating with me.
