Productwow, that thing is light. I bought it online and delivery was quick, nicely boxed, no drama there. After a couple trips though the telescoping handle started to feel... flimsy. Not immediate snap, but a persistent wobble when the bag was loaded near the airline limit. I called customer service, which was polite and fairly helpful — they offered a replacement part and sent shipping labels fast, so points for that. Still, I can’t pretend the handle inspires confidence; it feels like the weak link every time I fill it up. Overall I’m glad it arrived on time and the support team responded, and the weight is genuinely nice for a hardside, but I’d warn anyone planning to max out the 50 lb limit. Good delivery and decent service, just wish the hardware matched the rest of the build.
