Saw these on a buddy's Instagram, thought "yeah", ordered two Barracudas and they showed up the next day, well wrapped. One paddle handle wouldn't lock, annoying, but customer service was great, sent a mid-piece replacement fast. Paddled yesterday and everything's solid now. Would've been annoyed but they acted quick, so I told my buddy to grab one.

Skip them — not worth it. Bought a paddle board and lost the removable fin after one use. I called, explained everything, and they asked me to put it in writing, which I did. Then they replied. No spares supplied, they said. So I shelled out about £300 for a board and now I'm hunting a fin on eBay, because apparently that's their spare-parts policy — bit of a joke. Felt a bit stunned. Had better luck with other companies, honestly.

Emailed customer service right away and they said they'd post a fin, which is good, but they didn’t say a word about the sloppy finish (I even sent photos). No phone number, so it's all back-and-forth by email which is slow. I’ll give them time to sort it, I hope they do — if not I’ll share pictures with a few paddleboard groups I’m in. Bit annoying but could be fixable.
