The box showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I had a quick question before ordering and customer service got back to me without making it complicated. The clothes do cost a bit more, sure, but they feel well made and easy to wear. I’d shop here again.

The moment I tried on the jacket at home, I knew I’d made the right call. It’s well made and the sustainability angle matters to me. Prices are definitely steep, though. I’ve had awkward in-store experiences elsewhere, so online shopping felt safer. Service could use work.
