I gotta say, my trip to the store was awesome. The staff knew their stuff and they took the time to help me understand all about my new gravel bike. It's my first time owning one, but I felt so ready and knowledgeable thanks to their help. The bike itself is really high-quality and I'm super happy with my decision to buy it. The staff at the store are experts, no doubt about that. I'd totally suggest Alchemy Bikes to anyone looking for a new bike.

Customer service was terrible, they acted like they were too good to answer real questions. Honestly, their products aren't anything special - just frames and bike parts made in China. Their only job is to ship stuff and make it easy for people to buy, but they're really bad at it.

I just got the latest version of the Arktos, upgrading from my old first gen model, and I'm loving it!
