Customer Service told me I couldn't cancel because they had already created a shipping label. So now I have to wait for it to come, request a refund, and then pay to send it back. It's pretty frustrating.

I checked it out and saw that the ports were all corroded, which was not okay for a product I had just bought. I contacted the customer service team at A4C, and they quickly gave me a prepaid return form and refunded all my money. I was really impressed with how they helped me, and I'll definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.
