Zippers broke after a few weeks
Returns & RefundsI got three packs and they all had the zippers break within a month. In the beginning, the company sent me new ones when I showed them my receipt and the issue. But now, they're asking me to send the pack back to them at my own expense for a repair. Not cool, eh?
