ServiceThe customer service over at WhiteHat Jr has been top-notch. Ruchi, the rep I spoke with, was super helpful in sorting out my questions and worries. She took the time to hear me out and gave me the support I needed to make my payment for the next level. I really respect her hard work and all the help she gave me. On another note, it might be a good idea for WhiteHat Jr to think about creating a mobile app for students. It can be a bit of a hassle always having to use the web portal for any changes or cancellations, plus there's the risk of losing credits if you cancel late. Just a little suggestion to make things easier for everyone!
