The product is really good, I love how it looks and the quality of the water bottle. But man, ordering it was a total nightmare! The website was so hard to use, and checking out took forever. I even had some trouble with the payment process. The customer service wasn't that great either. I had to wait forever to get an answer to my question. The price was a bit high for a water bottle, but I was willing to pay for those inspirational quotes. Surprisingly, the delivery was super fast, which was a nice surprise after all the other problems. Overall, the product is decent but they seriously need to improve the ordering process and service.
