ComplaintsI recently bought a practice exam from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. The practice test was way too simple and didn't really match up with the real deal. On top of that, they don't even give refunds. It was a total waste of my time and cash preparing for an exam that didn't really test my knowledge. I would definitely recommend avoiding their practice exams because it seems like they don't know what they're doing in the subject area they're making exams for.

ComplaintsI bought some exams not too long ago that turned out to be totally useless for the test I took about ten days back. I went through all 15 exams they had, but none of them had the info or answers I needed for my test. I spent over a hundred bucks on them, only to be let down. I think it would be fair to ask for a refund for this purchase. Can you look into this for me?
