CommunicationHey there, I bought a business planner from this company because a pro recommended it, but it's already December and it looks like my order has disappeared into thin air. I haven't gotten any tracking info yet, and the customer service team is taking forever to get back to me. So, I'm pretty fed up and I've decided to ask for a refund. This whole situation has been a major letdown, and I won't be buying from this company again.
