ComplaintsI was so pumped to give this robot coding game a shot with my buds. It was a blast at first, but then I kinda screwed up my progress and couldn't figure out how to start fresh. I shot them an email for help, but instead of sorting it out, they straight up canceled my subscription! I barely had it for a week and only got half my cash back. I tried reaching out for assistance, but kept getting ghosted by different support peeps. So annoying! Had to dispute the charge on my credit card. My pals and I are definitely checking out a different coding game next time.
