Coding learning subscription

Complaints

I was pretty let down by the coding learning subscription box I got. The projects just weren't as interesting or educational as I thought they'd be. Sometimes the instructions were hard to understand, which made it annoying for both me and my kid to do them. Plus, the stuff in the box didn't seem very good quality - some things felt flimsy and like they could break easily. All in all, I was hoping for better from this subscription service.

About Bitsbox

Bitsbox is a company that provides a subscription service aimed at teaching children how to code. Each month, subscribers receive a box filled with a variety of coding projects. These projects range from simple games to more complex apps that can run on real devices. The objective is to make learning to code fun and accessible for kids, emphasizing the belief that understanding computer programming is an essential skill for the future. The company was founded by Scott Lininger and Aidan Chopra, who launched Bitsbox out of Boulder, Colorado, USA, in 2014 after a successful Kickstarter campaign. Through engaging, hands-on projects, Bitsbox aims to teach kids aged 6 to 12 the fundamentals of coding, covering basic to more advanced concepts in a way that adjusts to the learner's pace.
