ServiceI contacted them, they listened, sent a sample of something different (that sample worked fine) and offered a full refund once I returned the unused amount. Took a bit of back-and-forth but they were fair and straightforward, which I appreciate more than perfect packaging. I still use their products for late-night focus and to relax after work, so I’ll try again, but I’ll be inspecting the next order closely. Weird experience overall, but their service made it not a disaster.
