Side effectsI was really hopeful that this product would help me lose some weight, but it turned out to be a total waste of money. I did everything it said on the label, taking it before meals, drinking water, exercising, and eating well. But instead of shedding pounds, I actually gained weight and felt super bloated after only a few days. The taste was awful, and the powder never fully mixed in, no matter how much I stirred.

I need something that fits better into my life, without causing any surprises.
After the first week, I only lost half a pound and maybe noticed a slightly flatter stomach, but it's not enough to keep me going. This product just doesn't suit me, so I won't be buying more. Maybe it's just not worth the trouble for me.
