This company is a total disaster. I ordered something days ago and it's stuck in limbo. I contacted customer service but all I got was a generic email saying they'd respond in a couple days. It's been over a week and still no solution. I've had it and asked for a refund, but who knows how long that will take with their history. It's disappointing because I was excited to try their products, but their incompetence has me so frustrated.
