ServiceI wore the gift chain once and the clasp split while I was trying to unclasp it. Pretty wild. I bought a longer replacement and even paid for the warranty, thinking I'd be covered. Five days later the store staff told me I needed to return it for a refund and buy again; no direct swap. Online chat said a normal warranty exchange would be fine. They booked an appointment that was supposedly an exchange (they even called it 'ear piercing' in the booking). At the shop they still insisted on refund-and-rebuy. Been buying from them for years, so this was disappointing. I appreciate small businesses; other local jewellers handled a similar issue smoothly. Now I have a useless chain and less patience. Will take my business elsewhere. Annoying but human — I get mistakes, just not this kind. Feeling pretty fed up about it.
