Long-time customer
I've been a customer of Webroot for more than 20 years now. My first computer came with Webroot installed and I've stuck with them ever since. Dealing with Windows for renewing programs has been a headache, but Webroot's customer service has always been reliable and easy to reach. Their security programs always meet my needs, which is why I choose to renew for multiple years at once. Seeing the Webroot logo on my screen gives me peace of mind knowing that the websites I visit are safe. When I've upgraded computers, transferring my Webroot protection has always been smooth. With multiple computers in my home, Webroot has taken care of all of them without any problems.
Renewal of subscription
I just renewed my subscription and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch! Right after I renewed, a tech guy hopped on to my computer to check if my antivirus was all good with my system, update my drivers, and make sure everything was running smoothly. This tech guy, Michael, was super patient and took his time to explain each step to me. Being retired and living off of Social Security at 81, I really appreciated Michael's help. He not only made my computer run better, but he also taught me a lot about how it works. Thanks to him, I feel way more confident using my computer now.
Effective virus protection
I've tested out a bunch of virus protection programs in the past, some free and some paid for, and I always ran into problems with annoying updates or reboots that messed up my computer. But then a tech person who fixed my PC recommended this program to me after a bad update caused a software issue. Since I started using it, I haven't had any problems at all - it just runs smoothly in the background without me even realizing it's there. Big shoutout to the team for making such a helpful and non-intrusive program!
The best online security
I just wanted to share that I recently upgraded my online security and it has been amazing! Before, I had McAfee and unfortunately got hacked, lost everything, it was terrible 😭. But then I decided to check out this new security software that was recommended to me in the store. It covers all my devices - phone, laptop, and computers - and I haven't had any issues since! It's seriously been a game-changer for me, very thankful! Huge shoutout to the creators for protecting my devices 🙌.
Cybersecurity solution
I've had a couple of times when my computer got a virus and I had to call a fake Microsoft number for 'help'. Each time, I just rebooted my laptop, did a scan with my cybersecurity program, and the problem was fixed right away. When I got a new computer, the switch was easy peasy with the same solution.
Online anti-virus protection
I really love this online anti-virus protection. It works so well, just runs in the background without slowing down my devices. I feel really safe knowing my devices are protected from any harmful threats. I trust this product completely and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs reliable online security.
Issue with logging on and extending to another laptop
I had a problem logging into my account to add service to another laptop. When I tried to reset my password, the system said it didn't know my username. It was so frustrating! But then I remembered I kept the receipt from when I bought a 3-pack of services and decided to contact sales for help. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and helpful they were. I wasn't expecting such speedy help in this day and age, but Webroot exceeded my expectations! Thanks for the awesome service!
Antivirus software
I gotta say, this antivirus software is really something else. It works smoothly in the background, stopping and getting rid of threats without causing any issues. Unlike big antivirus programs like Norton, Kaspersky, AVD, and Viper, this software doesn't slow down your system or keep bugging you to pay extra for upgrades. I totally suggest this software for anyone wanting a quick and reliable way to keep their computer safe.
Protection for devices
I've been using this protection for my devices for a couple of years now, ever since my son told me about it. I'm not very good with technology, but my son works in IT and says it's the best. My older son and my wife also have it on their devices. As a travel agency owner, keeping our data safe is really important. Thanks for looking out for us in this digital world!

I've been using this antivirus for a couple years now and it's been good. I tried other options before, but this one seems to be doing the job. I haven't had any viruses pop up, so I can't really say how effective it is in handling them.
Subscription renewal issue
I've been a customer for a whole year now, eh, and my desktop app's been workin' just fine. But, I've been havin' trouble signin' into the website lately. Even after renewing my subscription, I still can't get on the site at all. I've tried troubleshootin', changin' passwords, and reachin' out to customer service, but I ain't heard nothin' back. It's been super frustratin' with no communication and no fix for the problem.
