This video editing tool is just amazing. I can't recommend it enough for making awesome videos and photo books. It's so easy to use and you end up with really stunning final products. And the best part is, it's totally free to use, which is pretty rare these days. I recently used it to make a special birthday video for my dad, who usually doesn't like a big deal. I've been making videos for a little bit now and it's been a blast! I began with the free version and eventually upgraded to the paid one. The interface is really user-friendly and I had no issues uploading my videos to youtube. However, I ended up losing my job and couldn't cancel my account due to losing access to my email. I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic! They cancelled my account and refunded me really quickly, like within a day. If I ever need to make videos again, I'll definitely return to these guys.
auto renewal problem
I had an issue with the automatic renewal, but Amanda really came through with emails and everything to help me out. She fixed it, so now I feel comfortable trusting them and doing business with them again.
