Collagen powder with a promotional offer for Simply Cook
I recently bought some collagen powder from your company because there was a deal for Simply Cook. But I gotta say, I've been pretty let down by the customer service so far. I got an email saying sorry for the delay in getting the Simply Cook offer, but it still hasn't shown up. I've tried reaching out through email and messages, but I've been straight up ignored. Good service is super important to me as a customer, and Vital Proteins has really dropped the ball on that. It's frustrating when a company cares more about making money than actually helping out their customers.
