Her professionalism, how helpful she was, and how clearly she communicated made everything so easy to follow and actually kinda fun. Ron from tech support saved the day when I needed help merging my new website with my old one. He knew so much about the process and warned me about possible issues because my domains were with a different provider before the company took over. Ron was patient, made sure everything was done right, and even took extra steps to figure things out. We tried a few things, but when we hit a roadblock, he got the engineering team involved right away. He gave me a reference number and promised they'd email me in a couple of days to follow up. I really appreciate his hard work and help.
