Oh my goodness, the dog subscription box is amazing! I received treats, toys, and skincare products for my puppy. The treats were delicious, the toys were really fun, and the skincare made my dog's fur shiny and soft. I also got to choose what I wanted in my box, so it was personalized just for my dog. I highly recommend it!

Dealing with Windows for renewing programs has been a headache, but Webroot's customer service has always been reliable and easy to reach. Their security programs always meet my needs, which is why I choose to renew for multiple years at once. Seeing the Webroot logo on my screen gives me peace of mind knowing that the websites I visit are safe. When I've upgraded computers, transferring my Webroot protection has always been smooth. With multiple computers in my home, Webroot has taken care of all of them without any problems.

Overseas order missing item
My experience with Children Salon has always been great, with lots of beautiful choices to pick from. But it's when things go wrong that their customer service really stands out. Recently, I ordered 3 items for delivery overseas, but only 2 showed up. Even though it wasn't their fault, the customer service team, especially Laura and Lauren, were so amazing. They replied to my messages quickly, called me to talk about the problem, and made sure to send the missing item. I was really impressed by how they went the extra mile for their customers.
