Handcrafted dog treats and skincare products
I just signed up for BoxDog subscription box and I have to say, I was blown away by the amazing quality of the handmade dog treats and skincare products in my first box. The treats are made with all-natural and organic stuff, which makes me feel great about giving them to my four-legged buddy. The skincare items are so gentle and really work wonders, leaving my dog’s fur and skin looking healthy and shiny. Plus, the toys and gadgets they included kept my pet entertained for hours. Ordered two coats, only received one
I ordered two adorable dog coats but only received one in the end! Seriously, like what? It's so frustrating. The website is a disaster and they didn't even mention that I couldn't get both coats in one shipment. Not knowing these things in advance is so annoying. And don't get me started on the add ons - no mention of any limits. The customer service is just terrible. They don't even care that I'm upset! I tried to cancel my subscription but nope, no luck. So make sure you really want this before you commit!

Oh my goodness, the dog subscription box is amazing! I received treats, toys, and skincare products for my puppy. The treats were delicious, the toys were really fun, and the skincare made my dog's fur shiny and soft. I also got to choose what I wanted in my box, so it was personalized just for my dog. I highly recommend it!

The stuff in the box was okay, nothing really special. I was hoping for more different and cool things. My dog loved the treats, but the skincare stuff didn't do much. It's cool that you can customize the box, but more choices would be good. All in all, it was fine, but I'm not sure if I'll keep getting it every month.
Unwanted box delivery
I recently had a disappointing experience with my order from this company, eh. I received a box that I didn't even order, and when I tried to cancel or get a refund for it, the customer service was not helpful at all. Even though I contacted them right away after getting the email confirmation about my order being processed, they wouldn't help me because they said they're a small business and couldn't refund or cancel the order. It was really disappointing to see that they weren't taking responsibility or caring about customer satisfaction, you know. I would recommend looking at other companies for your orders, eh.
Misleading product description
I recently bought a box from this company and boy, was I let down! The products included were super tiny samples that looked nothing like what I saw on their website. The quality was pretty low too. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, and after a whole month of waiting, they finally got back to me. But let me tell ya, they were no help at all. They kept telling me to log into my account, which I had no idea even existed. After going back and forth, I managed to cancel my account. But get this, I got an email saying my next box was already on its way and non-refundable. I told them I never chose a box or products and had been trying to cancel for over a month, but they just said tough luck, non-refundable.
