Trying to bookmark a page
I had trouble bookmarking a page that was super simple, and we exchanged maybe 5 or 6 emails trying to figure it out. The team was amazing, they were so quick and clear with their instructions. At first, I didn't think it was worth asking for help, but now I wish I had done it sooner. I'm seriously impressed.

Ever since I started using this email and document organization service, my productivity at work has gotten so much better. I have a bunch of businesses to manage, so having everything all in one spot has been a huge help. There have been a few little glitches with the software before, but the Shift Team always jumps in right away to fix them. Their customer service is top-notch and super helpful, which makes dealing with any issues a breeze. I really like using Shift and would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to make their work life easier.
Efficient, Convenient, Frustrating
I bought something to help me work better, but it turned out to be more trouble than it's worth. One thing I really need is to share and see tabs like I do in other apps. But with this one, it was a pain to do. I had to jump through hoops just to finish a simple job, which was a real pain and waste of time.
