The game is really fun and addicting, but the customer service from the company is just terrible. I've had a bunch of problems with the game, like bugs and glitches, that they never seem to fix. It feels like all they're focused on is putting out new stuff to make extra cash, instead of making the game better for us players. It's super annoying and disappointing how little they care about supporting their customers and keeping us in the loop.
