Review about: Paramount+
Subscription streaming service
The TV shows and movies on this streaming service are just not up to par with others out there. The shows they produce themselves are sometimes good, sometimes not so much, and the selection of content is pretty lacking. Plus, the way you have to find things on it is pretty old-fashioned and hard to use. All in all, I wasn't too happy with my time using this service.

Time-consuming customer service
Customer service is really slow and unresponsive. It takes forever to get through on the phone, and the online chat isn't much better. The reps don't seem very interested or helpful, which just makes the whole thing super frustrating.
Review about: Shift
Email management program
Shift is honestly such a handy program that I've been using for ages to manage all my different email accounts. It's user-friendly, straightforward, and has been a huge help in keeping my emails organized. The only downside is it doesn't work perfectly with every email provider. That being said, I still think Shift is a fantastic tool for anyone wanting to make their email management a whole lot easier.
