Refund ticket experience
My recent experience with the refund ticket process was pretty good overall. The customer service person I dealt with was really nice, polite, and helpful the whole time. But there are a couple of things that could be better to make things smoother for customers in the future. First of all, it took longer than I thought it would to get my refund processed. It actually took almost a whole month from when I asked for it to when I got the money back for the service. That was kind of annoying because I was hoping for a faster solution to the problem. Also, there were times when I didn't get emails letting me know about updates on my ticket. Not getting those emails meant I had to keep checking the ticket page all the time to see what was happening, and that was a pain. Finally, I had an issue where I asked for a refund for a server I bought by mistake on the same day. Even though I told them right away, I still got charged for 11 days because it took a week to get a response from the support team on what to do.

You gotta wait about a week for them to get back to you, which is ridiculous. Feels like there's only one guy, Victor, working in their support center. Best advice I can give is to steer clear of this company if you don't wanna waste your time and money. I made the mistake of paying for a whole year in advance, and now I'm stuck dealing with their awful service because they're super strict about refunds. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy, to be honest.
