Camouflage hunting jacket
Blocker Outdoors really needs to improve their customer service. It was a struggle to reach out to them about my order issues. The product is alright, but the lack of communication and help was not cool. Prices are a bit high, but I was okay with that for good quality. Yet, the slow delivery was a letdown. I was hoping for better from a company that values innovation and customer happiness.

Solo Stove Bonfire 2 with stand, heat deflector, and cover
I wasn't sure about the cost at first, but when my chiminea wasn't giving off enough heat, I took the plunge. Ordering was easy, and I decided to get the Route package protection for extra peace of mind. The delivery was fast, and everything was well-packed. Setting up the Bonfire 2 was a piece of cake, and I was amazed at how quickly it started compared to my chiminea. The heat deflector worked great at spreading the warmth, and there was hardly any smoke once it was going. Cleaning up was easy, although there was a bit of ash left on the edges. I've used it three times already and it hasn't let me down. It's a bit of a splurge, but if you love having a fire in your backyard, it's worth it.

Hair dye and hair accessories
I recently bought some stuff at this store and boy, was I let down by the service I got. I forked out quite a bit of cash on hair dye and accessories, which is a big deal for me. But when my order didn't show up on time, the customer service team was no help at all and didn't do anything to fix the problem. On top of that, the delivery company, DPD, was useless too. They even sent me a random photo that didn't match my address. This whole situation has been a mess, and I'm ready to take legal action to get my money back.

Grigri 2 purchase.
I jus' got myself a Grigri 2 from OMCgear recently, eh, and gotta say, overall it was a decent experience. The price with the discount was pretty sweet, and I had no trouble applying it at checkout. The only bummer was that the shipping took forever. I ordered some more stuff from another store at the same time, and OMCgear's package took way longer to show up. Not sure if it was totally their fault, but it was still kinda annoying, y'know? Anyways, the item arrived in good shape, packed up nice and snug in a big ol' box.

I recently purchased these incredibly soft and cozy white pillowcases. They feel like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. I love how they give my bed a clean and fresh look, and they're also easy to wash. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for some nice pillowcases!

Email registration error
I had a bit of a hiccup with signing up for my email on the platform. I accidentally typed in the wrong email address, so the verification code was sent to the wrong place. It caused a bit of a mix-up, but luckily the customer service team fixed it right away. It's too bad that another customer with a similar name got caught up in the confusion too.

Online order for delivery to store
I recently ordered a few items online from Home Hardware for a little project at home. Everything seemed easy, so I chose to have the items delivered to the store for pick-up. But then the next day, I got an email saying they cancelled my order, even though I didn't cancel it. I contacted customer service right away to explain, but instead of apologizing or understanding, they said I cancelled it myself. It was disappointing how they didn't take responsibility or admit to their mistake. Any good company would acknowledge their error and offer a solution, but Home Hardware didn't. On top of that, they blacklisted my email, so I couldn't talk to their customer service anymore.

I just bought something online, eh, but wouldn't you know, the package said it was delivered, but it never showed up at my door, eh. I was pretty cheesed off, but I gave customer service a call for some help, eh. They got back to me real quick and looked into the problem right away, eh. I was glad they were on the ball and ready to fix things up, eh. They not only said sorry for the hassle, but they also sent me out another package and threw in some points to make up for it, eh. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with their service and how they made sure I was a happy customer, eh.

LEGO set missing piece
My kid got a LEGO set for their 8th birthday, but it was missing a piece. The folks at customer service were really awesome - they knew their stuff. But it kinda ticked me off that they didn't mention until the end that the hotline was based in England. Shouldn't an 0800 number be free, even if it's international? The call went on for about 13 minutes. Anyone got an answer for me? Thanks a bunch in advance.
