Rush shipment bikini
I bought a bikini for my vacation, but was running out of time and got worried it wouldn't come in time. So, I contacted customer service for help. They were great and rushed my order - I got it the next day, which was super impressive since I live in Europe. I was happy I didn't have to pay any extra fees on it either. But, kind of a bummer - they don't take returns from outside the US, so keep that in mind if you're shopping from another country.

If your card gets declined for no reason, just switch to Paypal. I had the same problem, but when I tried Paypal, it all worked out. Just remember to select "pay in merchants currency" to avoid any extra charges.

Cloud storage experience
I really like the whole idea behind this cloud storage thing. It's like having a super secret invisible backpack where you can store all your stuff, but it's in the internet! Cool, right? But then when I tried to use it on my Mac and iPhone, it was a bit of a headache. Like, I couldn't delete things, stuff wasn't syncing right, and it was just a big mess. But the people at support were like my fairy godmother fixing everything with updates. It's still not perfect, so make sure you have a backup plan just in case. The cloud is kind of slow and plain, but it does the job. So yeah, pretty decent for what you pay.

Outfit from online store
This was my first time shopping at this store and let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare! Ever since I hit 'checkout,' things have been going downhill. I thought I scored a great deal on an outfit, but turns out my order didn't go through even though the money was taken from my account. When I reached out to customer service, they just told me to reorder and wait for a refund. Well, I did that and woke up to not just the two new charges, but also some random fee called a back order charge. It was over half the price of the initial order and I had no clue about it! The customer service was so unhelpful, telling me I should have known about the charge. Like, how was I supposed to know if I wasn't given any info? I'm definitely disputing the charges and sending the items back. This store's shady moves and lack of care for customers has really put me off, I won't be shopping here again.
