Movement bottle
I grabbed my second bottle from this place, and let me tell you, it's amazing! The first one I got as a gift, but my partner loved it so much I ended up getting him one too. This Movement bottle is great for when you're on the go since it's lighter than the original. It really lives up to its claims. Even though I'm lucky to have good tap water where I live, this bottle is a game-changer for when I'm out hiking. I feel confident drinking from natural water sources, knowing this bottle keeps everything clean. It holds a charge for a long time and never develops any weird smells. It's a bit pricey, but way better than those freebie bottles you usually get.
Water Bottle and Pitcher
I gotta say, I wasn't sure about buying a water bottle and pitcher at first, but man, I'm glad I did. The water tastes amazing and the design and how they work are top-notch. Eh, eh! The water bottle I bought has been so amazing, eh? It keeps my water nice and cold for hours, eh. The design is really cool and the technology in it is impressive, eh. But, I did have a little problem with the cap cover, which was disappointing, eh. But, what really makes this company special is their awesome customer service, eh. My Larq water bottle
I got this awesome water bottle that lights up when I take a sip from it. It's like pure magic, but then it suddenly stopped working, and I was pretty bummed out about it. So I decided to shoot an email to customer service, and they actually helped me figure out the problem. Unfortunately, they couldn't repair it, so they sent me a brand new one at no cost! Now I can keep hydrating in a fashionable way.
Broken water bottle cap
My water bottle cap broke just after I got it. I was so disappointed, but the customer service folks were amazing! I filed a claim and this lady named Marissa sorted me out with a new cap. They didn't have the color I wanted, so I had to wait a bit, but Marissa added an extra loop thingy for the inconvenience. I can't wait for my package to show up!

So, I went and got this water bottle and pitcher from this place, eh? I was really pumped because they looked awesome and they help make tap water safe to drink. But when I ordered the filters, they didn't all come at the same time like I expected. I reached out to customer service and they sorted it out super quick, sending me the missing filters right away. And on top of that, the water bottle and pitcher are doing an amazing job, so now I feel more confident about drinking tap water, you know?

So, eh, my bottle broke and I was so bummed out, you know? But then I chatted with this dude named Adam and he was super helpful, eh! He gave me some tips to try and fix it, and he kept checking in to make sure I was alright. In the end, he hooked me up with a new bottle with some fancy engraving and I was totally pumped, eh! The customer service was amazing and I felt like they really gave a hoot about me. This team knows how to stick to their word and make things right for us customers, eh!

I just bought a water bottle and I gotta say, the customer service I got from the rep was top-notch. They were so helpful with any questions or problems I had, and I really appreciate it. The only thing was that the support response time was a bit slow, maybe if they had more people on the team it could be faster. But overall, I have no complaints about the service I got.
Faulty lids, lack of response
I just bought this really neat water bottle that purifies water with UV light, and it was working great until the lid broke. I contacted customer service, and we went back and forth until they finally sent me a replacement lid. But then, the new lid stopped working after a few weeks. I tried reaching out by email multiple times, but got no response. It wasn't until I left a public review that they finally replied and sent me another replacement lid. It's annoying that I had to go to social media for them to pay attention, and this whole situation has been a real pain.
Pitcher replacement
So, we were using our pitcher a ton and then noticed there was this tiny crack. I reached out to someone named Martina on the app and she got back to me really quickly. I sent her a picture and some details, and you know what? She said they were sending us a new pitcher! It just arrived today. Such amazing customer service, thanks Martina!
After-sales service experience
I had a little problem with something I bought and contacted customer service for help. They were so quick and awesome in fixing my issue, showing amazing service before and after the sale. I was really impressed with how nice and fast they were at taking care of my worries. Thanks a lot for your assistance.
