    Movement bottle

    I grabbed my second bottle from this place, and let me tell you, it's amazing! The first one I got as a gift, but my partner loved it so much I ended up getting him one too. This Movement bottle is great for when you're on the go since it's lighter than the original. It really lives up to its claims. Even though I'm lucky to have good tap water where I live, this bottle is a game-changer for when I'm out hiking. I feel confident drinking from natural water sources, knowing this bottle keeps everything clean. It holds a charge for a long time and never develops any weird smells. It's a bit pricey, but way better than those freebie bottles you usually get.

    My water bottle cap broke just after I got it. I was so disappointed, but the customer service folks were amazing! I filed a claim and this lady named Marissa sorted me out with a new cap.     I just bought this really neat water bottle that purifies water with UV light, and it was working great until the lid broke. I contacted customer service, and we went back and forth until they finally sent me a replacement lid. But then, the new lid stopped working after a few weeks. I tried reaching out by email multiple times, but got no response. It wasn't until I left a public review that they finally replied and sent me another replacement lid. It's annoying that I had to go to social media for them to pay attention, and this whole situation has been a real pain.
