Stuff I bought
I got a bunch of stuff from Voyagin and it was so easy. I got five things, two in Tokyo, and everything went really smoothly with no issues. I totally recommend giving them a try. They talk to you nicely and are helpful.
Mega jump and mega zip at Sentosa Island
I just got my tickets for the Mega Jump and Mega Zip at Sentosa Island on this site called Voyagin. It was so easy to use and find exactly what I wanted. The prices were way better than anywhere else I checked, so I was really happy with that. I scored some discounted tickets for 4 rides on the Luge, which was a pretty sweet deal. My tickets showed up right away and were good until December, so I didn't have to rush to use them. Sentosa was a blast, the Mega Jump and Mega Zip were a ton of fun! I also snagged tickets for Gardens by the Bay and a boat trip in Singapore, and once again, they were cheaper than other sites and arrived super fast. I'd totally recommend using Voyagin to grab your tickets ahead of time, it's just so easy and reliable.
Fast response and understanding during COVID-19 Crisis
They responded super fast to my questions and were so understanding during the COVID-19 Crisis, making refunds easy peasy. Their customer service was amazing, they were super nice and helpful the whole time. Can't wait to use their services again once I re-book my trip post-crisis.
Covid-related cancellations
Even with all the craziness from covid, my experience with Voyagin was pretty good. There were a bunch of cancellations that were delayed, but the Voyagin team was super helpful. They made sure I got all my refunds quickly. What really impressed me was being able to call and talk to the team in Japan. They were not only nice but also really great at fixing any problems that came up.
cafe order cancellation
I had to cancel an order for a few cafes through this service because of COVID-19. I was really bummed that I couldn't go to these cafes, but the Voyagin team was super professional and efficient. They were really nice, helpful, and gave me clear instructions on how to cancel. Even though I didn't get a full refund like it said on the website, I still think they provided great customer service and I would definitely use their services again.
Quick and convenient booking
Their service is really easy to use and everything runs smoothly. Just a heads up though, if you're traveling abroad, watch out for those foreign transaction fees. I was totally surprised by some extra charges on my bank statement, on top of the taxes, right after booking a tour on the site. It would have been nice to know about this ahead of time to avoid any unexpected surprises.
Activities booking
My experience booking stuff on this platform was kinda crappy, eh. They forgot to give me tickets for one thing I booked, and only figured it out after I asked about it. They said sorry and gave some reasons, but by then the tickets were sold out. Also, the reviews on their site look fake, eh. I could tell because they all sound the same, especially the ones for the Kansai wide pass. Lots of folks mentioned the trains in brackets having similar descriptions, so it seems sketchy, you know?
Various trips in Thailand
This website was so great for booking my trips in Thailand! It was super easy to use and the prices were way better than booking through tour guides or booths. The James Bond island boat tour was my absolute favorite, totally worth every penny I paid for it.
Family trip experiences
So me and my family decided to book a couple of experiences for our trip to Japan, eh? We chose the 5 ninja techniques and the sumo wrestlers lunch, and let me tell ya, they were both amazing! Everything was organized perfectly, the guides were top-notch, and we all had a blast diving into these cool cultural activities.
Paypal payment tip
If your card gets declined for no reason, just switch to Paypal. I had the same problem, but when I tried Paypal, it all worked out. Just remember to select "pay in merchants currency" to avoid any extra charges.
Portable WiFi, Suica card, concert tickets
Voyagin's services are amazing, eh! I got myself a portable WiFi, Suica card, and concert tickets from them, you know. The communication was top-notch, the transactions went smoothly, and the fees were really fair. I was pretty bummed out when I discovered that they don't offer concert ticket ordering anymore. Please bring it back, it was my absolute favourite, eh!
Universal studio tickets with meal vouchers
This was an awesome experience, eh! I bought my tickets for Universal Studios along with meal vouchers from this site and got them at a way better price than what the park charges in person. The tickets came right away after I bought them, and I could avoid the super long lines by using the self-scan kiosk. The park might be on the smaller side, but they've got some pretty sweet rides, especially the one with the Egypt theme, eh!
Ticket booking for Japan trip
Voyagin really helped me out on my trip to Japan! Their website was super easy to use and I could book tickets in advance for all the cool places I wanted to visit, which saved me from waiting in line. The reviews were legit and gave me great tips for each spot. The site looked professional and was nice to look at. I definitely suggest using Voyagin for all your travel needs in Japan, and I'll for sure use it on my next trip!
Trip cancellation refund
I had actually planned a trip to Japan before everything went downhill with the pandemic, but sadly had to cancel because of COVID. Though I managed to get my money back for most of the trip, the shinkansen tickets I bought through the site weren't refundable at first. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from a real human being, not a robot. After some back and forth, they ended up giving me a full refund for my tickets. The only downside was that it took a while for the refund to come through, hence the one-star deduction. Nonetheless, I'm grateful for their top-notch customer service and would definitely think about using their services again for our trip next year.
Cancelled Japan trip refund
Honestly, I don't get why some people are giving bad reviews. My experience with the company was actually really good. Because of the whole Coronavirus situation, I had to cancel my Japan trip. I was pretty anxious about getting my money back, but Voyagin was super on the ball, quick to respond, and really helpful the whole way through. They made sure to let me know that I'd be getting a refund for my trip, and they've been following through on their word. I'm grateful for how clear and efficient they've been during this uncertain time.
Ticket purchase
I got a ticket from this website and it took so long to arrive! Seriously, "instant" should mean immediate, but I ended up waiting over 5 hours. Not cool at all!
