    Carbon steel pan

    They've really stepped up their customer service game! I used to feel a bit hesitant about buying from them, but now it's a breeze. I ordered a carbon steel pan that ended up being too large for my cooktop. When I reached out to them, they were super helpful! They quickly offered me a refund or a smaller pan. I was really impressed by their speedy and friendly response. So, don't pay attention to the old reviews and definitely give them a chance!

    Quick and convenient booking

    Their service is really easy to use and everything runs smoothly. Just a heads up though, if you're traveling abroad, watch out for those foreign transaction fees. I was totally surprised by some extra charges on my bank statement, on top of the taxes, right after booking a tour on the site. It would have been nice to know about this ahead of time to avoid any unexpected surprises.

    Issue with customer support

    I had a terrible experience with customer support, eh. I opened a ticket back in September and didn't hear back until almost three months later. It's brutal to have such bad customer service and make customers wait that long, ya know. Finally, after I reached out again, they fixed the problem, thank goodness.

    I just got my laser cap and it was amazing, eh! The box it came in was so fancy and sturdy, keeping my cap safe and sound. When I opened it up, everything was all organized and tidy, just like they promised! I can't wait to start using it and see what unfolds. I'm super excited for the results!
