Recent purchase of a technology service
I recently bought a tech service because there was a discount offer that caught my eye. I wanted to see if it was worth it. But after using it for a bit, I realized it's not quite there yet compared to other big players in the market. It's missing some important features that would make the user experience better.<br><br>One big issue I had was the slow uploading speed. It's probably because of the encryption, but it made things frustrating. Also, the way it stores data across different "shards" was confusing and not user-friendly at all.<br><br>On a more positive note, the customer service was really good. They listened to my complaints, and I got a refund pretty quickly. That kind of service is really impressive.
Cloud storage experience
I really like the whole idea behind this cloud storage thing. It's like having a super secret invisible backpack where you can store all your stuff, but it's in the internet! Cool, right? But then when I tried to use it on my Mac and iPhone, it was a bit of a headache. Like, I couldn't delete things, stuff wasn't syncing right, and it was just a big mess. But the people at support were like my fairy godmother fixing everything with updates. It's still not perfect, so make sure you have a backup plan just in case. The cloud is kind of slow and plain, but it does the job. So yeah, pretty decent for what you pay.
Cloud storage experience
I've been using this cloud storage service for a while now, and it's been great for storing, viewing, and managing all my different files. But there are a few things I think could make it even better in the future, like being able to preview bigger files without having to download them, viewing text documents, making copies of files, and zooming in on them. I really like this service because it's so easy to use and the design is really nice. Quick resolution of cashback issue
Internxt's customer service was really great when I had a problem with a cashback referral not getting recognized. Even though it wasn't their fault, they dealt with it quickly and effectively. I'm grateful for their fast response and for fixing the issue.
Simple, but some hiccups
The prices are reasonable and the services they offer are good. The people working for the company seem really dedicated to making cloud services more secure. Upload and download speeds have definitely gotten better, which is great. The Android app works really well, and so does the website. However, the Linux version has a few bugs that need to be fixed. I'm confident that they'll take care of it soon. All in all, it's been a pretty good experience, but there's definitely some things that could be better.

The latest update in November worked really well with my Debian Bullseye setup. The app has a few small issues in the design, but they're easy to work around. Unlike some other choices, this storage solution integrates right into the file system, so it's super convenient. It also works great with Android devices, which is a big bonus for me. All in all, I definitely suggest checking out this option for secure storage.

The software is really user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy for me to manage my cloud storage needs efficiently while keeping my privacy in check. Online storage service
I was excited to try out Internxt since they offer free storage, but honestly, it's not all that great. It's pretty slow and doesn't have a Lightroom plugin, which makes transferring and storing photos a hassle. I can't even view my images on my phone without downloading them first. Google Photos is much quicker and simpler to use. Internxt really needs to step up their game if they want to keep up with the competition.
