My experience with this thing
So, I tried calling this place to speak to an actual person, but all I got were robot messages. There aren't any real people to assist you, only robots. I guess they find it trendy to play around with AI, but I just want to have a conversation with a human, you know? It's like talking to a brick wall! Absolutely no help, no support, no enjoyment. Boooooo!

I was really disappointed with the photo prints I ordered. The colors were dull and faded, nothing like the bright digital images I sent in. Even though I sent high-resolution files, the prints didn't turn out sharp or clear. On top of that, it took almost two weeks for them to arrive, which definitely wasn't worth the shipping cost.

I recently tried using Midland for shipping some LTL freight, and to be honest, I wasn't too impressed with how things went. The whole ordering process was a bit confusing, and I had to contact customer service several times just to get things straightened out. The service itself was okay, but there were delays in communication and they didn't really follow through on some of the things they promised. The prices were competitive, but I didn't think the level of service matched what I was paying for. The delivery also took longer than I had expected, which caused some problems for my business. All in all, I wasn't too happy with how things went and I'll probably try using a different transportation option next time.

I've been waiting for over 4 weeks now and still haven't got my order or a refund. This lack of responsibility and bad customer service is just not cool.
