LED Light Therapy Skincare
The LED light therapy skincare product from this store has really made a difference for my skin. I've been getting so many compliments on how fresh and radiant my skin looks ever since I started using it. People can't believe it when I tell them I'm in my sixties! The effects were even better when I paired the LED light therapy with the store's skincare products. But, I have to admit, sticking to a routine and being patient are crucial to get the best results.
LED face mask purchase
I just bought this cool LED face mask, eh, and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch! But, my mask ended up crapping out on me because of a wonky cable. I gave the company a shout, and they hooked me up with a brand new mask real quick. It got to me in no time, eh. The mask does wonders as an anti-aging thingamajig. I totally suggest checking out both the product and the company.

I just bought this LED face mask from this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. Before getting it, I was a bit worried about how it would work on my sensitive skin. LED Facial Mask
I bought the LED facial mask and honestly, I was very let down by it. Like a bunch of other people, the mask decided to stop working just 8 weeks after the warranty ended, all because of a short in the wire. When I contacted the company about it, all they offered was a lousy $100 off, which I said no to because it's the principle of the matter. I wouldn't suggest buying this product since it's obviously not very sturdy or dependable.
Expensive mask broke
I bought this really expensive mask and it broke after only 2 and a half years. I was furious because it cost me $400 and it should have lasted way longer. The company wouldn't replace it even though it was just outside the warranty. I was so let down, I won't be buying from them again.
Buying led light therapy for skincare
The LED light therapy I bought from this store is just incredible. I could see a difference in my skin after only a month of using it. Plus, it's super soothing to wear while I do my skincare routine. I've even added it to my morning meditation to make it even better.
Contour mask purchase for mom
I got the contour mask for my mom's birthday and she really loves it! I might just get one for myself now too. The delivery was fast and the packaging was really nice. It's easy to use and my mom had no problem figuring it out at all.
LED lights
I haven't gotten around to installing my new LED lights yet, but I've heard they're really bright and have a cool look. Just hoping they work as well as they seem!
Head strap purchase
So I bought a head strap for my product because the original one was too tight and just plain uncomfortable because of a design flaw. I contacted customer service about it, but man, I wasn't happy with their response. They wanted to charge me $20 plus shipping for a longer strap, which I thought was kind of ridiculous for something that was their mistake in the first place. Even after I complained, they only agreed to waive the shipping fee, still making me fork out the extra $20. I was really not impressed with how they handled it. It definitely left me feeling pretty disappointed with their customer service.
medical skin care device
So I bought this medical skin care gadget from here, thinking it would help with my skin problems. But, sad story, it gave me a bad allergic reaction so I had to stop using it. When I went to return it, they hit me with a restocking fee. I asked why, and they said they were gonna put it back on the shelf for someone else to buy. That's when it hit me - someone else might end up with my germs all over it!
Mask, hand mitt, eye brighteners, and patches
I bought some stuff from this company, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The hand mitt was great, got a thumbs up from me, but the eye brighteners were a letdown. I gave them a bad review, but they made it hard for me to share it. They kept saying they wanted to make sure it wasn't spam or anything, even after I proved who I was. It took ages of me bugging them to finally post my review, which I thought was pretty unprofessional. And then, the face mask I got for my boyfriend made his skin break out, so we think it wasn't right for him. I definitely won't be buying from or telling others to buy from this company again.
Wrong product received
I ordered something online and got the wrong item. It's worth less than what I paid. It's been two weeks and I still haven't fixed the problem. It's annoying to pay for something and not get what you wanted. Even getting a return label from them has been a disaster. Just a heads up, avoid this company and check out Currentbody instead.
Shipping issue
Oh man, I ordered something online and totally spaced out on choosing the fast shipping. When I reached out to customer service and asked them to add it in, they said no problem, took my money, but in the end, they completely dropped the ball on actually upgrading the shipping! I had to bug them for a refund. How frustrating! 😡
My LED face mask
I bought an LED face mask that stopped working right after the warranty ended. I reached out to the company for help, but they just told me to buy a new one, with only a little discount available. It seems like they make the product to break down once the warranty is up, as I’ve seen other people online have the same problem. This planned obsolescence is disappointing and not fair to customers who want their product to last more than a couple of years. I'd suggest others to think twice before buying this product if they want something that will last.
Costly purchase
I just bought a face mask with LED lights at this shop to step up my skincare game. Unfortunately, the controller on the mask stopped working just over a year after I got it. When I contacted customer service, they said the controller was only covered by a one-year warranty, even though I was told it had a two-year manufacturer's guarantee. Not knowing the actual warranty period when I bought it made me feel misled and annoyed. The fact that the product is low quality and the warranty info was deceptive makes it tough to justify spending a lot on something that only lasts a year.
Face mask, neck mask, hand mask
I got all three masks a couple years back. The face mask and neck mask started falling apart in the last two months and now they're no good, even though they should still be covered by the warranty. I contacted them for assistance and all they offered was a measly $100 off on new ones. These masks were pricey at $1200 for the pair and honestly not worth it. Feeling pretty annoyed and let down.

I was really disappointed with the LED lighting controller I bought from this store. It stopped working just after the warranty expired, and I found out it's a common issue with this brand. I won't be shopping here again and I suggest others do the same.
