New phone app transfer
Oh man, I was totally loving this app and even told my buddies about it. But then, when I got a new phone and tried to move the app over, it totally froze when I had to pick the default messenger. And let me tell you, their message service is just awful! You can't even chat with a real person for assistance. So annoying! I just shelled out for the premium version and now I'm feeling like I want my money back, but good luck actually getting a refund. This whole situation has left me super unimpressed.
Unsubscribe difficulties
I had a really tough time trying to cancel my subscription to this one service. Even though I did exactly what they said, I couldn't find the unsubscribe button on any of the screens. And the button they said to click on wasn't there at all. Plus, when I tried calling the phone numbers they provided, it was no help at all. It was honestly pretty frustrating.
RoboKiller app
I tested out this app and it was really terrible. After I signed up, I received a ton of spam calls right away. And can you believe it? They claimed that my family members might be scammers, like seriously? I have no idea who these people are, but they definitely should be blocked or something. Luckily, I was still in the free trial period so I canceled it quickly and got rid of the app. Thank goodness, disaster avoided!
Downloaded app, uninstalled quickly
I got this app, eh, but I deleted it right away because I was worried about my privacy. But then I got billed $39.99 on my credit card even though I didn't use the app at all. I tried to email customer support, but all I got back was an automatic message saying they're restructuring and there might be delays. Sounds fishy to me, eh.
My experience with this thing
So, I tried calling this place to speak to an actual person, but all I got were robot messages. There aren't any real people to assist you, only robots. I guess they find it trendy to play around with AI, but I just want to have a conversation with a human, you know? It's like talking to a brick wall! Absolutely no help, no support, no enjoyment. Boooooo!
Recent app malfunction
The app was working great with my Google Message and stock phone app for over a year, but now it's acting up. I have to set Robokiller as my default phone and message apps for it to work, and that's a pain. Customer support is basically non-existent, so it's frustrating trying to get help. I'd recommend finding a different spam blocker because dealing with Robokiller is more trouble than it's worth. I'd rather just get spam calls than deal with the hassle of using this app.
Political robocall blocker
If you want to put an end to those annoying political robocalls, don't bother with this app. I thought it would help me stop all the calls, but it's been completely useless. The calls keep on coming, and I haven't noticed any improvement from RoboKiller. Don't waste your time - try something else to save yourself from all the frustration.
Medical transportation assistance
I need medical transportation to go to my doctor's appointments, so it's really important that I don't miss any calls about it. The problem is, sometimes the service doesn't recognize the numbers for the transportation companies, so I end up missing calls or they get ignored. It's really annoying and can mess up my health care schedule.
App blocked important calls
This app completely messed up and blocked some really important calls, like ones from my sister, my doctor, and even my dad's nurse from the hospice. It was crazy. My dad could have seriously been in trouble if they couldn't get a hold of me. I only figured out what was going on because my doctor was supposed to video chat with me, but it never worked out. When I finally called them, they said they had tried to reach me three times in the past hour, but I didn't get any of those calls (even though I was here waiting for them).
Defense Against Calls
This app is kinda tricky, you know? It says it's gonna stop those annoying spam calls, but all it does is make my phone ring even more. Like seriously, who enjoys getting those telemarketing calls every single day? It's not cool at all.
App review
I've been using this app for a long time and it's really great, huh! It's way better now than when I first started, you know? I only have it on my iPhone and it's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. For example, if you're waiting for a call from someone not in your contacts, you just have to disable the filter for a bit and adjust one setting. Then you can turn it back on after the call. And if it's not blocking calls, maybe you just need to check your settings, right?<br>But I've never had to contact their customer service because I haven't had any issues, but I imagine it must be frustrating not getting help when you need it. And if you want to cancel, you just have to go to your settings and locate your subscriptions. That's where you can cancel it, eh!

Eh, so I downloaded this app to block telemarketers, right? But now it's being all wonky and only working every now and then. And get this - there's nobody to reach out to for help! I called and chatted but got nowhere, just emails and they don't even bother responding. What a letdown, eh?
Voice mail text converter
So, I tried using this service that turns voicemails into text messages, but it totally sucked! The transcriptions were all wrong, they even gave me the wrong phone numbers, and now I can't cancel my subscription! They went ahead and charged me for another year without asking me first, and now there's no one to help me sort it out. What a complete waste of time!
My experience with the app
This app is a total mess. I contacted customer service a few days ago and I still haven't heard back from them. The app doesn't even record all of my calls, and when someone from a blocked number leaves a message, it doesn't always show up in real-time - sometimes not at all! It's so frustrating and definitely not what I was hoping for.

A month later, the same problem cropped up again, and the support team's response was disappointing. I got three pointless emails that didn't solve anything, and the chat feature was nowhere to be found - just redirected to their unresponsive emails. Ultimately, this service ended up being a complete waste of money.
My subscription purchase
I recently decided to buy a subscription to block unwanted phone calls and spam text messages. Honestly, I wasn't sure if it would work, but I was happy to see that it did. After just a few days of using the subscription, I noticed a big drop in the number of annoying calls and texts I was getting. The app is really easy to use and navigate, which is great for someone like me who isn't great with technology.
