Recent freight transportation services
I recently used Midland's freight transportation services and I was really impressed with how efficient and reliable they were. Everything from placing the order to getting the delivery was smooth and easy. The customer service team was great at answering any questions I had, which made the whole ordering process really nice. The prices were fair and competitive, especially for the quality of service you get. I was really happy with my experience overall and I would definitely suggest Midland to anyone who needs freight transportation services.
Radio warranty replacement
The radios at this place are really good and reliable. I had one that stopped working properly after about a year, but when I reached out to customer service by email, they got back to me quickly and let me know it was still under a three-year warranty. They sent me two new radios right away, plus a charger and earpieces. I was so impressed with how well they took care of me and how quickly they fixed the problem.

So, I ordered something online and went with Midland for the shipping. It was really easy – just had to fill in some info and done! The best part was that the package arrived super quickly, much faster than I thought. I could even track it the whole way which was pretty neat. Overall, I definitely think I’d use Midland again.

I wouldn't recommend dealing with that company at all. Their customer service is just terrible, and they don't seem to care about getting orders out on time. I placed an order weeks ago and I still haven't received it. When I called to ask about it, the person on the phone was so rude and didn't offer any help. I'm definitely not going to use their services again.

It felt like they were deliberately making it hard for people to give them business. And their customer service? Don't even get me started. Every time I had a question and called in, I got stuck with rude and unhelpful reps who seemed like they couldn't care less about helping me out. And the prices? Don't even get me started on that either. They were sky-high for the garbage service I got. And when my order finally showed up, it was late and all beat up. In the end, dealing with Midland was just a complete nightmare.

The prices were competitive, but I didn't think the level of service matched what I was paying for. The delivery also took longer than I had expected, which caused some problems for my business. All in all, I wasn't too happy with how things went and I'll probably try using a different transportation option next time.

I used Midland for shipping some LTL freight recently, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience at all. The whole ordering process was so confusing, and it took forever to even get a quote and set up the shipment. The service was just okay, with customer service reps who didn't seem to care and no updates on where my shipment was at. Plus, the prices were higher than what I've paid with other companies before, and honestly, it wasn't worth it. And to make matters worse, the delivery took longer than they said it would, and when my shipment finally arrived, it was damaged. Overall, I was really let down by Midland.

Don't buy from them ever!! They keep getting hacked and stealing credit card info. Not cool at all.
