Booking issue resolution
I had a little problem with my booking and had to reach out to customer service for help. Even though they were in Canada too, I got in touch with them through live chat and they quickly sorted out the issue. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and took care of my concerns. They not only fixed the mistake, but also gave me a refund so I could book again without any trouble. They even sent me a follow-up email to make sure everything was okay. All in all, I'm really happy with the great service they gave me.
Rental SUV pricing comparison
My wife and I have been keeping an eye on the prices for a rental SUV for our upcoming trip to Italy for three months. We were happy when we found Rent Cars because they offered us the best deal compared to other rental companies. The price difference was big, and we were really happy with the money we saved. Also, the insurance we got from Rent Cars, Rental Cover Insurance, made us feel more relaxed about our trip. Cheap rate, Europcar reservation
I wasn't sure about booking a car rental with Europcar through this service at first because the rate was so low compared to other companies. But I decided to go for it and it ended up being a nice surprise. Even though I went with Europcar, I felt like I got the same great service as if I had gone with Keddy. Adding almost full coverage to my rental was a smart move and it gave me peace of mind during my trip. The price I paid for the rental was also reasonable and made the whole experience even better.
First-time car rental in the US
I just used this service for my first car rental in the States, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. The app worked like a charm, taking care of most of the stuff for me, so I could just head straight to the rental place and grab the car. It was a smooth and easy experience overall. Of course, how good your actual car rental is can depend on the company, but Rent Cars made sure the booking process was seamless.
My rental car experience
My rental car experience was alright, but I kinda wish I had just picked up the phone and called instead of using the online chat. It took so long to get my issue sorted out. The service rep seemed overwhelmed with all the chats they were handling at the same time, and I felt sorry for them. It took forever for them to reply to my messages.
Rental car credit card issue
The car rental was really great, but I ran into a bit of trouble because they didn't mention that I needed a credit card under the driver's name when booking. We had to pay extra to add another driver and use their credit card instead. It all worked out in the end, but it was quite a hassle.
Thi call center help me lots
The call center was really great and helped me with my payment problem. I picked a payment method that ended up taking longer to process than I thought, but they were super understanding and gave me some extra time. Plus, they even speak Spanish!
My rental car search
So, I was looking to rent a car and used this app to help me out. It was really easy to use and helped me see which companies had cars ready to go. But then, when I checked out a few of the companies, turns out they didn't actually have any cars for me. It was kinda frustrating, to be honest.
