I recently rented a car through this company and had a terrible time with Budget/Avis. They charged me for something I didn't even get and wouldn't give me my money back. Thank goodness for Auto Europe, they fought for me and got my money back. I won't trust Budget/Avis again, but I'll for sure book through this company next time.

Leo was amazing every step of the way. He was so patient, helpful, and really focused on making sure we were well-informed. Even though it ended up taking longer than we thought to make the reservation, Leo was there with us the whole time, keeping us in the loop and giving us advice.
