Rented vehicle satisfaction
I rented a car from this company recently, and I gotta say the service was top-notch. The staff, especially Amber and Genesis, really went out of their way to make sure my spouse and I were well taken care of. They were super attentive, knew their stuff, and were eager to help us out from the moment we walked in. Marcus, the main manager, was also super helpful and made sure our rental went smoothly and was enjoyable. I've been a customer here since 2015 and have always been happy with the service and care provided by the team at this spot. Unlike other rental companies that have let me down in the past, Fox Rent A Car has always been reliable, accommodating, and really focuses on the customer.
Booking convenience
I've never really liked using car rental companies located off-site since it always felt like a big hassle. But I was actually pleasantly surprised with the company I booked with this time. The staff was super helpful and the service was really top-notch. The shuttle service they provided for pick-up and drop-off was both convenient and efficient, which made the whole process way easier than I thought it would be. Being able to get dropped off right at the doors to our gate was a nice touch that I really liked. I would definitely recommend this car rental company to anyone visiting the Orlando area, and I'll definitely be using them again next time I'm in town.
Customer experience at car rental company
I was so happy with the customer service I got at the car rental place. The staff was super professional and nice, and they really knew their stuff. They took the time to listen to all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my rental choice. The cars were in great shape, super clean, and didn't smell like smoke, which was awesome for me because I'm sensitive to that smell. The person outside even walked around the car with me to make sure I wouldn't get charged for any damage that was already there. Overall, I had a really good experience renting from this company and I'll definitely go back for business and personal rentals.
Reservation for car rental
As a couple renting for the first time from Philadelphia, we didn't really know much about this rental company. But we took a chance and booked online, and we were actually pretty impressed with how easy it was. When we got to the airport to get our rental, the lineup for this company was kinda long compared to the others, but we stuck it out. And you know what? Everything, from booking to picking up the car, driving it, and dropping it off, went really smoothly. We were super happy with how it all went down and would totally suggest this company to other folks.
Affordable car rental
I was really happy with how much it cost, the quality of the car, how quickly I could pick it up, and how easy it was to return. The people at the counter might try to get you to pay extra for a better car or more services, but it's probably just to keep their prices low. In general, I had a good time renting from them and I'd tell other people to do it too.
Quick check-in, no insurance upselling, choice of car available on lot, smooth return process, shuttle driver assistance
I rented a car not too long ago and it was a great experience. The person at the check-in desk was super helpful and let me use her hotspot to change my credit card limit. She didn't push me to buy insurance, and I got to pick from the cars they had in the lot, which ended up being a better one than the one I had reserved. Dropping off the car was easy, and it was in great shape with only 54,000 km on it. The shuttle driver even gave me a hand with my bags.
Vehicle rental
I really enjoyed renting a car from this place! They had a lot of cars to pick from and the whole process was super fast and easy. Just one thing to watch out for - be careful in certain areas because car break-ins can occur. Don't leave anything valuable in the car, not even a charger cord. It's unfortunate that we have to think about our stuff when renting a car, but it's better to be safe than sorry. In general, it was a great experience with just a small thing to keep in mind.
Rental car experience
Even though I was a bit hesitant about renting a car from this company at first because of the bad reviews, I decided to give it a try because of the good prices. I was actually really impressed by how great they were! I want to give a special shout out to Charles, the guy working at the rental car counter. He was so nice, helpful, and really provided amazing customer service. Thanks to him, renting the car was easy and stress-free.
First-time rental, MIA, Dodge Charger, great price, courteous staff, seamless rental process, will use again
I just rented a car for the first time at the MIA location, and it was really great. The shuttle service was on time when I got there, and I was able to easily rent a new Dodge Charger for five days at a good price. The staff at the rental desk were so nice and professional, which made the whole process smooth and quick. I was super happy with my experience and will definitely rent from this company again for future trips.
Satisfactory rental experience
The whole rental experience was honestly great, from getting picked up by the shuttle to the awesome customer service at the rental office. The car was in really good shape too. The only tiny issue was getting charged for an extra day by mistake, but when I let them know, they quickly refunded the extra money. Even with that little hiccup, I'd for sure use this car rental company again and tell others to do the same.
Easy and quick rental process
The folks at this car rental spot were really awesome. Elizabeth was super friendly at check-in, and Darling made check-out quick and easy. I'm from FL and I liked that there were no mileage limits or expensive deposits like other places. It made renting a car stress-free and fun. I definitely suggest this car rental service to anyone looking for a dependable and easy rental experience.
Chicago airport car rental rescue
I was in a bit of a tight spot at the Chicago airport when my first car rental plan didn't work out, so I was stuck without a ride. Luckily, Fox came through and hooked me up with a car in no time. The only downside was that there was only one person working at the desk, so it took a bit longer than I would have liked.
Just rented a car for my family trip
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the staff at the location, they were super nice and really helpful! Special thanks to Francis for making sure everything was good. And shoutout to Ed and Edna for helping me with my bill stuff. You guys are awesome, keep up the great work!
Car rental pick up
I was pretty ticked off about how long it took to pick up my rental car from Fox. Other rental companies had their act together with faster service and more staff, so their customers were zipping past us in line. But once I finally got the car, it was in good shape and the price was better than what other companies were offering.
Trouble-free pickup, upsold unnecessary toll pass
The pickup went well, and the staff were really nice and helpful. But I was kind of bummed when the service guy tried to sell me a toll pass I didn't actually need for my trip. I trusted his advice because he knew the area, but I ended up feeling a bit ripped off. I like good service, but I don't like feeling pressured to buy stuff I don't want.
Fort Myers Florida Rental Location Experience
Miriam provided amazing service, she explained everything about renting and returning the car. I made a mistake and left my keys with the rental keys, but I called Lost and Found. They called me back within an hour and sent my keys through Fed-Ex. I got them in 2 days.
Quick and smooth rental experience
Even though I came across some not-so-great reviews, I have to say my recent car rental was actually really good. The pickup at the airport was fast, the process at the rental place was quick, and the staff were super nice the whole time. The SUV I got was in awesome shape and the price was fair. Returning the car was a breeze too. All in all, I was very happy with my rental at that spot.
Inconvenient transportation to Fox Rent A Car
My experience with Fox Rent A Car was kind of disappointing because I had to take two buses to get to and from the airport locations. This is something other car rental companies don't make me do, so Fox is not as good when it comes to getting around. The prices were okay, but I was hoping for a better deal considering the hassle of the transportation. Maybe next time Fox could think about providing a more convenient and competitive way for customers to get around.
