Traditional solitaire engagement ring
I just bought my wife a gorgeous traditional solitaire engagement ring from this shop. At first, she wasn't too keen on it because the stone stuck out and bothered her with all the stuff she does in a day. We talked to a jeweler that the store suggested and ended up changing the setting to something more comfy for her. The new look is perfect, and she's thrilled with the ring now.

Our experience with ShipStation has been really frustrating, eh? We integrated our ShipStation account with our WiX web store, hoping for a smooth shipping process. But in the last two days, our customers have been dealing with constantly changing shipping costs, causing us to lose sales. We reached out to ShipStation Support for help, but unfortunately, received no assistance or solution to the problem. When I mentioned in the chat that I might switch to a competitor if the issue continues, I was told to try contacting Support next week, eh? This slow and ineffective customer service led us to open an account with a different shipping platform, Shippo. As a business that values customer satisfaction, it was disappointing to see ShipStation's lack of effort in fixing our problem, eh?

I just bought something from this company and ran into some problems with communication and delivery. Even though I bought it on time, I still haven't heard anything about the status of my order or gotten any responses to my questions. It's frustrating to not hear back, especially since I paid for everything right away.

Can you believe it? USPS lost my order and couldn't even help me find it. But Jenson came through and shipped it out again with UPS. I got it the very next day! Now that's top-notch service!

Tent purchase
When you invest in a fancy tent, you expect top-notch customer service if you have any issues or questions. But man, this company is dropping the ball big time - no customer service phone number, and when you finally get a response, it takes forever. And even when you do hear back, it's like they're speaking in riddles and not actually solving anything. It's a joke, especially when you've forked out so much cash for their product. I reached out about needing an Allen wrench, which is a must-have for setting up and taking down the tent. But every time I tried to talk to someone, they just brushed me off, saying the tool wasn't available and I'd have to wait who knows how long to get it. It's so frustrating that they're not taking this seriously and actually helping out. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company, they clearly don't care about giving good customer support.

Down jacket with defective zipper
I bought a down jacket from this place not too long ago. The price was decent and it got delivered quickly, but I was pretty bummed out about the zipper being all wonky. It just wouldn't zip up properly, so the jacket was pretty much useless and it felt like I wasted my money. I tried to contact the seller through email, but never heard back. Turns out, there was a little trick to getting the zipper to work and some silicone fixed it right up. The seller said they would have helped out if the zipper was actually broken, but all's well that ends well, I guess.
