Complaintsdon’t trust the 'trademark protection' add-on — it kept appearing on my bill even though I didn't pick it. At first they refunded the fee after I complained, so that looked okay, but a month later the same charge came back and they promised another refund again. Meanwhile I get automated emails saying my trademark protection wasn't completed and asking for more payment. Feels like misleading advertising, or at least sloppy billing. I’ve had cleaner experiences with other vendors, so this was disappointing and a bit annoying.
