ComplaintsI bought some custom heat transfer vinyl from this company the other day and honestly, I wasn't too thrilled with it. The quality of the vinyl wasn't great and the colours weren't as bright as I was expecting. And to top it off, the adhesive backing didn't stick well to the fabric, so the designs started peeling off after only a few washes. On top of that, their website was a bit confusing to use and I had a tough time finding what I was looking for. All in all, I was let down by my purchase and I won't be shopping from them again.
