Social Catfish - Reviews and experiences

So, I decided to give this Social Catfish trial a shot to check it out. I just needed to confirm that the person I was dealing with was on the level, you know? After sending in a photo, I received 14 results but none of them matched the right person, which was a bit disappointing but not a big deal. Then, I tested it out with my own LinkedIn photo and it couldn't even locate me, but instead found someone else. That's pretty frustrating! And to top it off, when I asked for a refund because it didn't work as expected, they straight up said no! Definitely not cool at all.

Their advertising is so misleading! I tried to do an image search like they said, cropped the image just like they instructed, but it didn't work at all. No accurate results. I even tried it out on a family member, still nothing. They forgot to mention that they only check public photos, so it has to be on a site like LinkedIn. I complained, but they were no help at all. I canceled right away, but they wouldn't give me a refund.
