I was kinda bummed out at first by the service from these guys, but then Sebation Acosta totally changed my mind. Even though I was all over the place and super nervous, he helped me out and fixed everything. His customer service was top notch and now I'm thinking of coming back in the future.

I just had some trouble with a billing issue when I was trying to cancel my subscription with Peoplefinders. As a retired police officer and licensed private detective, I was feeling pretty frustrated with the situation, but the Peoplefinders rep was understanding and dealt with it really well. When I first went on the website, they charged me 90 cents for an inquiry fee which I didn't mind paying. But then I noticed a charge of $24.95 on my account for extra services I didn't mean to get. I asked for a refund right away and they quickly took care of it. I'm grateful for how fast the customer service team dealt with my issue.
