ServiceI just had some trouble with a billing issue when I was trying to cancel my subscription with Peoplefinders. As a retired police officer and licensed private detective, I was feeling pretty frustrated with the situation, but the Peoplefinders rep was understanding and dealt with it really well. I had only tried out one search during the trial period and I thought I had cancelled my subscription, so I was so relieved to find out no extra searches had been done. It meant a lot to me that they believed me and didn't treat me like a liar or criminal. I'm hoping everything gets sorted out completely and that there won't be any more billing problems down the road.

ServiceWhen I first went on the website, they charged me 90 cents for an inquiry fee which I didn't mind paying. But then I noticed a charge of $24.95 on my account for extra services I didn't mean to get. I asked for a refund right away and they quickly took care of it. I'm grateful for how fast the customer service team dealt with my issue.
