App & Portalthis course nailed it for my career switch into dog grooming. It was professional but not overpriced, and the learning portal actually works, no annoying glitches. I’d tried some sketchy courses before, so I’m relieved. The lessons are clear, the site’s easy to use and I’m honestly pretty happy I signed up — it’s been worth it so far.

QualityHalfway through the first unit I remembered why I'd hesitated — thought it would just be dry text. A colleague had sent me the link and I'm glad I clicked. The trainer's prerecorded walkthroughs actually explain things with concrete examples, so my doubts melted away. Pleasantly surprised and thankful it helped.

TimingHonestly, glad I signed up — it's useful and fits into my days, even if it's a bit flawed. Lessons are relaxed; I squeeze them in after work or during downtime, for my busy weeknights, so no extra stress. Support is friendly and mostly quick, though sometimes replies lag. The content's good for refreshers, not very deep. In daily use it works well; decent value. I'd recommend it with some small reservations.

Communicationask questions early, they actually respond. Worth it overall, eh.

QualityMidnight before a babysit I squeezed in this course while making a snack — true story. I was prepping for weekend gigs and occasional nanny shifts, so I liked that the slides are short and to the point, not overloaded. I still jotted notes in a tiny notebook (habit), which made the quizzes feel easy — maybe too easy. The missing bit for me was real-life examples or quick demo clips; it felt a touch textbook-y. Overall, fast, practical and handy when you just need a quick refresher.

ComplaintsI began the aged care course in March. First week I was impressed with the content. Short, practical modules. The instructors were clear and the materials useful. That said, the school never told me it wasn't CRICOS registered. That mattered because I couldn't get placements. I rang and emailed a lot. Mostly an AI pick-up or no reply. That lack of human support was the real problem. I did learn a lot though, and I'm glad for the skills I picked up. I still want a refund for the registration not being disclosed. They should be honest up front. It wasted time. I've been considering small legal steps now.
