an official lab result and a separate at-home rapid test you have to photograph yourself. That means when I share results I end up with a printed lab report and a phone photo of a strip — anyone could take that photo any day. It doesn't feel formal enough for something you pay top dollar for. There may be limits on HIV testing that explain part of it, but that omission should have been clearer. I've had other testing companies mess things up before, and sadly this felt similar. Fulfillment was spotty. I even saw tests supposedly taken the same minute with different outcomes. Support was the bright spot — responsive and actually helpful, which I appreciated. Still, with the mixed formats and inconsistent results, I won't use them for routine screening.

decent product on paper, but logistics and communication need work. If you need something fast, don’t rely on expedited shipping here — go in person or have a solid backup plan.
