ComplaintsThe idea of getting rewards for shopping online is pretty smart, but this company just doesn't quite hit the mark. The website is a bit clunky and old-fashioned, which makes it tough to use and collect points. The customer service is not great - they take forever to get back to you and the reps are not very helpful. The prices for rewards aren't that great either, you can usually find better deals somewhere else. And getting your rewards delivered can take ages, leaving you sitting there waiting for your points to show up. All in all, it's been a letdown.
